Royal Victoria Park
Royal Avenue, Bath BA1 2NR
Free to enter. Botanical gardens free. Crazy golf, tennis, and boating lake charge separately.
The main reason most people come to Weston on foot from the city. Royal Victoria Park is Bath's largest park — 57 acres, opened in 1830, with a botanical garden, boating lake, skate park, cricket ground, and café. The Avenue walks alongside the Royal Crescent railings and gives one of the best angles on the Crescent without the crowds that press against the front. The botanical garden section is underrated and largely unvisited. Free at any time.
